Types of Services

Unique architecture and daunting scale requires unique knowledge to execute properly, safely, and efficiently. With our team of experts, we are uniquely positioned to provide consultations for the most demanding of customers.

We are fortunate enough to have worked with some of the most respected architects and designers in North America to bring the highest-quality designs to corporate, educational, entertainment, house of worship, and sporting venues.

Depending on the system, our design-bid packages normally include room acoustics modeling, system designs, acoustic treatment recommendations, detailed specifications with a complete drawing package and equipment lists. Having a properly written specification ensures you all bidding contractors are providing the same thing. This gives you a true apples-to-apples idea when comparing quotes.

We also provide assistance in evaluating prospective contractors to ensure that they are qualified to install and maintain your system.

You can choose to have your project be designed for a portion of the whole project cost before committing to the full install. By doing so, we can put the full force of our engineering team behind the design. This results in more efficient designs and potential savings on installation costs.

Arrow AV Group specializes in acoustical analysis and modeling. Our experts can provide you with a visual representation of how a room will sound to ensure aural optimization prior to a space being built. The benefit of this service is we can determine the best equipment for your application based on your needs and the unique architecture of your space.

By modeling the space, we can determine exactly what you need to have great sound, eliminating guesswork and saving you money.

Systems Integration allows you to control multiple systems from one device, typically a simple button panel or touch screen.

Basic System Checkup:

A basic system checkup is typically the clean-up and testing of equipment listed by the customer over the period of one year. This service contract is designed specifically to meet the needs of our customers that require a system checkup once or twice a year. This checkup is recommended to optimize performance of your system. Checkups will include cleaning, testing, re-calibrating, and recommendation for additional upkeep. If your system has not been checked in over a year, contact Arrow today.

Warranty Service Plan:

Arrow’s Warranty Service Plan may be used as an extension to our standard one-year parts and labor warranty, or as a stand-alone warranty to an existing A/V system. Warranty Service Plans may be purchased in one- or two-year contiguous increments for new systems.

A cornerstone of Arrow AV Group’s philosophy is training and educational services for our customers – not only for the equipment we install, but for any audio, video or theatrical lighting products our customers want to use.

Types of Systems

Direct View LED is a large format display great for outdoor and indoor viewing.

With options for unique display configurations, content management systems (CMS), wayfinding, and interactivity, we can help you establish an automated digital signage system to reach your customers or help your internal teams.

Arrow AV Group is on the leading edge of the Assisted Listening Systems (ALS) revolution. Since being adopted in 2010, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires an ALS in all public spaces of assembly based on seating capacity. We offer design and installation of these systems and can determine the best solution for your space whether it is new or existing.

Under the ADA, an assembly area is defined as,

“a building or facility, or a portion thereof that is used for the purpose of entertainment, education, civic gatherings, or similar purposes. Specific assembly areas that require assistive listening systems include, but are not limited to: classrooms, public meeting rooms, legislative chambers, motion picture houses, auditoriums, theaters, playhouses, dinner theaters, concert halls, centers for the performing arts, amphitheaters, arenas, stadiums, grandstands, or conventions centers.”

2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design Section 106.5

A receiver is hearing aid compatible when it works with a telecoil installed in a hearing aid or cochlear implant. Improvements in technology have increased options for hearing aid compatible receivers, including neck loop in lanyard technology, allowing the sound to be transmitted from the lanyard directly to the telecoil or cochlear implant.

Arrow has installed systems in rooms of all sizes and can help you choose which technology is best suited for your space.

Installation of an ALS may provide tax benefits for your organization.

Speaker placement is an art and a science. We cut our teeth on installing sound systems in the most challenging spaces.

Cables are a thing of the past. Bring your own laptop and seamlessly connect to a room’s display AND video conferencing devices without any cables.

Tired of taking a picture of your white board and sharing it? Do you fingers cramp from trying to use a mouse or trackpad to draw in Zoom? We can help with large format interactive displays and more to save you time and work more creatively.

Single-cam or multi-cam. One operator or twenty. Content studio or stadium broadcast.

We are equipped with the knowledge and manufacturer partnerships to work with any size budget, for any style of space.

Even with the lowering cost of direct view LED and flat panel displays, projection still has a leg up in two factors:

  1. Projection screens and projectors can easily be hidden
  2. Mapping software allows projection onto oddly shaped services.

We can help you determine what would work best for your environment.

Not only can we model your space acoustically, but we can execute the precise installation of the acoustic materials.

A discussion system allows individuals to be amplified and recorded from their seat. From court rooms to board rooms, our discussion systems offer crystal clear audio with informational video displays.
